How do I delete my information from Innate's database?

Go to 'log-in' button on website or https://innate.app/access and enter your email address.  You will recieve a follow up email with a link to access your dashboard / history page.  All assessments you have taken will be listed.  For each assessment, click on the 'down arrow box' on the right side and select 'Delete'.  You will be presented a verification page to delete your personal information for our database.  Each assessment requires you to delete your information associated with each assessment.
